Return Policy

We are confident that our products will exceed your expectations. In the event you want to return or replace your order. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To Be Eligible For A Return:
Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded.

The order must be returned to us within 21 days of the delivery confirmation date. Please provide a brief explanation regarding the return along with your account information.
- The goods must be packed in the original box.
- This guarantee applies to all of our customers and retailers.
- For personalized crystals, a 25% customization fees apply.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If there's something wrong with your crystal when you receive it, we may be able to remake it. Send us a picture of the item against a dark background and let us know what needs to be fixed. Once we receive your request, we'll let you know by email whether we'll be able to remake your crystal.

Because our products are custom-made, we can only remake an item if something is wrong with it. This does not include any changes our designers may make to your image in order to enhance the appearance of your 3D engraving.

Miscellaneous

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Crystal King and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Crystal King shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Crystal King with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Crystal King with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Crystal King.
